Dump truck is a vehicle that is unloaded by hydraulic or mechanical lifts, also known as dumper or tipper truck. Consist of the chassis, hydraulic lifting mechanism, cargo box, power take off and other components.
Dump truck can be decided into backward tipping and side tipping.
Through the transmission and the power take off unit, the engine can drive the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic tipping mechanism consists of the fuel tank, the hydraulic pump, the distribution valve, the lifting hydraulic cylinder to the control valve and the tubing.
Through the transmission to force the device to drive the hydraulic pump, high pressure oil through the distribution valve, tubing into the lift hydraulic cylinder, pushing the piston rod to tilt the truck. By controlling the movement of the piston rod by the operating system, the carriage can be stopped at any desired tilted position. The truck is reset by its gravity and hydraulic control.
Tipper truck can be made from 3m3 to 50m3, 3 tons to 40 tons.
Several brands of chassis are available, such as Dongfeng, FAW, JAC, FOTON, SINOTRUK, SHACMAN, ISUZU, etc. 4x2, 4x4, 6x4, 8x4, 8x6 and other special configurations can be customized.
